Since earning my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2004, I have dedicated my career to serving others in the community, working to improve lives one person at a time. Throughout my professional journey, I have developed a strong commitment to providing meaningful, person-centered care to individuals facing a wide range of challenges.
My transition into private practice is rooted in a deep desire to offer a safe, supportive, and clinically grounded environment where more focused and in-depth therapeutic work can take place. I am especially passionate about working with teenagers and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. By incorporating evidence-based approaches such as CBT and EMDR, I strive to help clients gain insight, build effective coping strategies, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
Private practice allows me to be more present, intentional, and responsive to each individual’s needs, creating the space necessary for lasting growth and healing.
